At Baldr&Hodr, we take great pride in the quality of our apparel. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided.

The reason for return is valid (e.g., wrong item delivered, manufacturing defect, incorrect size, etc.)

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for the following:

Custom-made or personalized products

Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

Products damaged due to misuse or not following care instructions

Returned items that fail our quality check

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Email us at baldrndhodr@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Include your order ID, reason for return, and images (if applicable).

3. Our team will review and respond with return instructions within 24-48 hours.

4. You may be asked to ship the item to our return address at your own cost (if not eligible for free return pickup).

5. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval or rejection of your return.

4. Refund Policy

If your return is approved:

Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

If you paid via COD, you will be asked for bank details for NEFT refund.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Replacement Policy

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will offer a free replacement or full refund, based on your preference.

Report such issues within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Share clear images or videos as evidence for a quicker resolution.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing us at [your email address].

After 12 hours or if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank—it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
